Selcuk Journal of Agriculture and Food Sciences

Selcuk Journal of Agriculture and Food Sciences (Selcuk J Agr Food Sci) is a tri-annual journal published by Selcuk University Agriculture Faculty. Selcuk J Agr Food Sci publishes original researches, peer-reviews and review articles on interdisciplinary studies at the agriculture, animal and food sciences. The language of publication is English.

Selcuk J Agr Food Sci covers fundamental and applied research in many areas dealing with agronomy, postharvest physiology, plant breeding, animal sciences, livestock sciences, crop sciences, horticulture, agriculture microbiology, agriculture engineering and technology, irrigation, landscape, agriculture economy, plant protection, soil sciences, food chemistry, sensory, flavor and microbiological aspects, food science and technology, biotechnology, biochemistry of foods, agricultural production and relevant topics.

Selcuk J Agr Food Sci has no fees for article submission or processing.

The journal is read, abstracted and indexed by the abstracting/indexing agencies of international repute.


Before the preparation of the manuscript files, the authors should read the information carefully and prepare the files in accordance with the template format in the sample and upload them to the system. Manuscript template should be downloaded from the journal web site in order to avoid format disorders which delay publication process. Manuscript not prepared in accordance with the template format will not be evaluated.

ORCID information of all the authors in the article should be included to the relevant field in the system during the article loading. Articles that do not meet this requirement are not taken into consideration.
