TÜRKİYE VE DÜNYADA SOFRALIK ÜZÜM ÜRETİMİ, TÜKETİMİ VE İHRACAT PROFİLİNDE MEYDANA GELEN DEĞİŞİMLER
Abstract
Bu makale kapsamında, özellikle son yirmi yılda sofralık üzüm üretimi, tüketimi ve ihracat profilinde meydana gelen küresel değişimler incelenmiştir. Bunlara ilave olarak üretici ülkelerde sofralık üzüm yetiştiriciliğinin bugünkü durumu, yetiştiriciliği ve ticareti yapılan üzüm çeşitleri ile farklı pazarlardaki tüketici tercihleri, market eğilimleri ve alıcıların koşulları karşılaştırmalı olarak değerlendirilmiştir.
